A calculated sensitive point specific to Varshphal (not a planet) that progresses forward exactly one zodiac sign per year of your life, starting from your birth Lagna — it indicates which area of life (house) is the main focus or theme for that particular year.
In practice
Whichever house the Muntha falls in for a given year is traditionally read as where that year's events and energy will concentrate — e.g. Muntha in the 10th house year suggests a career-focused year.
How it's calculated
Starting from your birth Lagna sign, add one sign per completed year of age — e.g. at age 25, the Muntha sign is 25 signs forward from your birth Lagna (wrapping around the 12-sign zodiac as needed).
