7th House & Venus (Deep Compatibility)
The second Deep Compatibility section (max 10 points) — examines each partner's 7th house (marriage house) and Venus (the significator of love and relationships) independently: the 7th lord's dignity, Venus's dignity and house placement, whether either partner's 7th-house lord connects to the other's Lagna or Moon lord, and whether the 7th house carries benefic support or malefic affliction.
A "cross-lord connection" (where one partner's 7th lord relates to the other's key chart points) is treated as a meaningfully positive sign — a concrete chart-level link between the two people's charts, not just a comparison of separate categories.
Sums points for: 7th lord dignity, Venus dignity plus a bonus if Venus sits in a kendra (1/4/7/10) or trikona (1/5/9) house, cross-lord connections between partners, and a penalty if malefics (Mars/Saturn/Rahu/Ketu) afflict the 7th house versus a bonus if benefics (Jupiter/Venus) support it.
