Tajika Yogasताजिक योग
A set of specialized planetary combinations that only apply within the annual Varshphal chart — a separate rule-system (called the Tajika school) from the classical Yogas checked in the main birth chart. Three key ones: Ithasala (an "applying" aspect between a faster and slower planet, considered positive — the connection is forming), Israf (a "separating" aspect, considered negative — an opportunity being lost), and Kamboola (specifically when the Moon applies toward the Year Lord or Lagna lord, considered a particularly strong positive combination).
These Yogas are specifically about TIMING within the year — an Ithasala forming between two planets suggests the matters they govern are actively coming together during that period of the year, while Israf suggests a missed window.
Computed from the relative speeds and angular separation of planet pairs in the Varshphal chart — Ithasala/Israf specifically look at whether two planets' angular distance is closing (applying) or widening (separating) as they naturally move.
