"Gochar" is the Sanskrit term for planetary transit — a planet moving from one zodiac sign into the next. This card flags any such sign-change happening in the next few days.
In practice
A planet changing signs can shift the general mood/emphasis associated with that planet for the following weeks to years, depending on how slow the planet is (the Moon changes signs every ~2.25 days; Saturn takes roughly 2.5 years per sign).
How it's calculated
Computed by tracking each planet's sidereal longitude forward to find the next sign-boundary crossing.
